Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Knowingbottle Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use knowingbottle.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Practices We Aim For
- Clear headings and a logical page order
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Readable text with strong color contrast
- Full use of the site with a keyboard
- Pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple language
- Clearly labeled form fields
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. You can also email contact@knowingbottle.garden, and we will do our part to assist.
Send Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. Email contact@knowingbottle.garden and tell us:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We review each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Continuing Work
Accessibility is ongoing work. As the site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
